After two successful seasons with Bengaluru FC, Sean Rooney has decided to join Australia’s Oakleigh Cannons FC who compete in the Victorian Premier League.

The 26-year-old scored four goals in the I-League this season as Bengaluru FC finished runners-up to Mohun Bagan. In his debut season for the Blues of Bangalore, he scored 10 goals in the I-League which helped clinch the I-League title.

On Monday, the former Salgaocar FC striker took to Twitter as he announced his decision to part ways with Bengaluru FC.
