New Signings

Mahindra's disbandment was Churchill's gain as they signed Indian internationals Steven Dias and Mohammed Rafi. They also signed Denzil Franco and Dharmaraj Ravanan from the same club to strengthen the defence and roped in the highly talented midfield playmaker MP Sakeer from Viva Kerala

The embracement of Koko Sakibo from Vasco SC didn't work out as expected, therefore Cameroonian striker Ernest Siankam Emako has been signed.

The Ones Who Left

Before Koko could be loaned back to Vasco, Churchill had lost midfield general Ogba Kalu Nnanna to Dempo.  The duo of Thokchom Naoba Singh and Reisangmi Vashum have also left the club and joined Kolkata giants East Bengal.

Young Guns

India Under-23 internationals Rowilson Rodrigues, Robert Lalthalma and Dharmaraj Ravanan would be hoping to take their game to the next level in this season's I-League.

Backroom Staff

Former national team coach of Singapore, Vincent Subramaniam, has been appointed the new head coach after the exit of Brazilian Carlos Alberto Perreira, who won both the Durand Cup and IFA Shield and also took Churchill to the last 16 of the AFC Cup last season.

Key Players

Odafa Okolie | During The Highs And Lows, He Has Always Scored

Club captain Odafa Onyeka Okolie will once again be the key and he will be determined more than ever to win back the I-League title. After the Asian Cup, the presence of Rafi and Dias will add a lot of strength to Churchill's attack but until then it will be important for the likes of Khang Thang Paite and Emako to perform consistently.
