Chirag have been the busiest I-League team in terms of transfers and they have continued their spending even during the season by completing the move of Australian defender Keegan Nash.

Chirag official Siddhartha Bhattacharya explained the
reason behind signing another foreign defender and ensured that Nash wont be
having trouble adapting.
Speaking to Goal.com he said, “Nash is a very talented tall
defender who will help us solve our problem in the fullback position because
he will play alongside Du in the center that would allow Safar Sardar to play on one of the
