Yanga expected to get back to winning ways against Mwadui FC

Young Africans will welcome Mwadui FC to the Uhuru Stadium, Dar es Salaam in the first round of matches since the turn of the year

George Lwandamina and the Young Africans will welcome Mwadui FC to the Uhuru Stadium, Dar es Salaam today in the 13th Premier League Premier League match of the season and also the first round of matches since the year started.

Young Africans who currently sit in fourth position with 21-points, will enter the game with their loss against Mbao FC at the CCM Kirumba Stadium in Mwanza in their last game fresh in mind.

Coach George Lwandamina has promised a victory in the game after getting a major boost by the return of his key players, Amissi Tambwe and Donald Ngoma who have been on the sidelines for most of the season due to injuries.

Yanga will also be without their top goal scorer Obrey Chirwa who has been given a three match ban by the Tanzania Football Federation TFF, due to misconduct.

Lwandamina who has returned to training duties after the Mapinduzi Cup plans to use young players from the reserves who impressed during the tournament 

Lwandamina is expected to use his preferred 4-3-3 system which he has so far deployed in most matches this season and has been successful.

Their opponents Head Coach, Jumanne Ntambi has revealed that he is aware of the game's difficulty but has prepared his squad well to make sure they leave with points from the match.

Ntambi and his squad have been given confidence by the results Mbao FC got at Yanga’s home ground in the last match before the holiday season break and are planning to snatch maximum points by taking the game to the defending champions.
