Will Usain Bolt be in FIFA 19? Sprint king has possible rating 'leaked'

With FIFA 19 less than two weeks away from release, one of many questions being asked is whether Usain Bolt, the world's fastest man, will be included in the game.

The sprinter, who retired from athletics in 2017, is currently on trial with Australian side Central Coast Mariners as he attempts to earn a professional contract.

Having already featured off the bench in a friendly match for the club, Bolt has captured the imagination of football fans, with many curious as to whether he can convert his sheer speed onto the pitch.

While possibly still some months away from clinching a contract, the looming release of FIFA 19 might well see Bolt grace the football pitch sooner than expected.

A FIFA card for the sprint king has appeared online with statistics pretty in line with what we've seen so far of Bolt's football ability.

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Bolt stands to be given the highest pace possible with a 79-rated physicality his next best attribute.

Bolt's pace would make him the fastest ever player in FIFA history with the current quickest players Adama Traore and Kylian Mbappe boasting 96-rated pace.

From there, things aren't looking quite so good for Bolt however, with an overall 49 rating handed out due in large part to poor passing and near non-existent defending stats.

In his short cameo for the Mariners, Bolt was deployed on the left wing with the Jamaican rarely getting back to defend and putting a number of passes wide.

While the card itself seems accurate enough, it's legitimacy is questionable with EA Sports yet to confirm if Bolt will actually feature in the game considering he hasn't actually earned a football contract just yet.

If and when he does however, expect Bolt and his trademark lightning bolt celebration to make a speedy introduction.

FIFA 19 releases globally on September 28.
