Luis Enrique heading to PL as Chelsea & Arsenal circle

Former Barcelona coach Luis Enrique wants to return to football management in the Premier League, with Chelsea and Arsenal leading the race to lure him to London, Mundo Deportivo claims. 

The Spaniard has already been touted as a potential successor to Antonio Conte, whose future at Chelsea has come into question, while Arsenal are also beginning to plan for life after Arsene Wenger and see the 47-year-old as a candidate to take over at the Emirates Stadium.

There is also interest from Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan, but Luis Enrique would rather make the move to England as he looks for his first job since leaving Barca at the end of last season.

Liverpool & Arsenal battle for Butland

Liverpool and Arsenal are set to battle for the signing of Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland, according to The Sun

Reds boss Jurgen Klopp has given up on Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius and wants to add new stopper in the summer, with Butland likely to be available for £40 million.

He will face stiff competition from the Gunners,though, who want the 24-year-old to replace Petr Cech. 

Liverpool chasing Leon Bailey

Liverpool have turned their attentions to Leon Bailey after scrapping plans to sign Monaco's Thomas Lemar, reports the Mirror

The Bayer Leverkusen winger in among the hottest names in the Bundesliga, with Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham all also showing interest in his services. 

However, the 20-year-old won't come cheap, with the report stating that Leverkusen want £100m for their prized asset. 

Chelsea content with Conte this season

Chelsea are set to ride out the season with Antonio Conte in charge, reports The Telegraph.

The club don't want to sack their manager, but would prefer for him to leave this summer by mutual consent. 

Conte's relationship with the club fractured at the end of last season and has not been repaired, with recent losses bringing about more speculation that the Italian would be canned. 

Everton to dump Keane this summer

Everton are set to dump £30 million defender Michael Keane this summer, according to the Mirror

Sam Allardyce is willing to listen to offers even though his club will likely take a loss on the deal, with Keane's former club Burnley keeping tabs on the situation. 

Mou rules out De Gea to Madrid

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho insisted it made "no sense" for the Premier League giants to sell reported Real Madrid target David de Gea.

De Gea continues to be linked with a switch to the La Liga giants, having almost joined Madrid in mid-2015, but the Portuguese manager isn't willing to sell his top players.

The Shakhtar Donetsk star will sign in the summer for £50 million. 

City and United to battle for £50m Maguire

Manchester rivals United and City are set to battle it out for Leicester City centre-back Harry Maguire this summer, according to the Daily Star.

The 24-year-old joined the Foxes last summer from Hull City for £17 million, but they are now set to demand £50m for the England international. 

Bayern eye Barca keeper Cillessen

Bayern Munich are keeping track of Jasper Cillessen's situation at Barcelona and are interested in signing the goalkeeper, Mundo Deportivo claims.

The Netherlands international has made just nine appearances in all competitions this season, having been limited to featuring in the Copa del Rey while Marc-Andre ter Stegen lines up between the posts in La Liga and the Champions League.

Having shown an interest in him prior to his departure from Ajax, Bayern are once again considering a move for him but are said to face interest from the Premier League.

Wenger: Arsenal couldn't afford Evans

Arsene Wenger says Arsenal could not afford to buy Jonny Evans from West Bromwich Albion in January.

The Gunners appeared to be the frontrunners to sign the 30-year-old, though Manchester City were also interested.

But, having already decided to spend a club-record £55 million on Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Wenger says the north London side simply could not afford to pay what West Brom wanted while big-spending City were in the race.
