Yahoo Sports France report that they have received confirmation from a member of the Qatar FA that Neymar has agreed terms with the Parisian side, who have close links with the 2022 World Cup host nation.

Although there remains uncertainty as to whether any transfer will go through, Motta has said that he would love for the Parisian outfit to sign a player of such standing.

“If he came here, we’d welcome him with open arms,” the midfielder said following the 3-2 loss to Juventus in the ICC on Wednesday. “I hope this story finishes well for PSG.

“We would love to have him. Signing a player of that level if difficult to achieve. He could play at any team.

“He’s a great player. What team would not want to have him? The proof is that Barca don’t want him to leave.”

'Pogba on the same level as Messi'

Neymar has been in fine form for Barcelona during their pre-season tour of the USA and was on target as they defeated Manchester United 1-0 on Wednesday.
