John Owoeri completed his move to Baoding Yingli Yitong from BK Hacken after signing a two-year contract with the Chinese League one side.
The 30-year-old who featured for Nigeria at the 2015 Fifa U20 World Cup in the Netherlands was on target 17 times from 26 games last season.
According to the club, Owoeri will “further strengthen the current squad and drive the team hit a new level. We are looking forward to the new season,” read the club statement.
He becomes the second foreigner in Zhao Changhong’s squad after Norway’s Lars Sætra.
