No offers for Man Utd target Rebic but anything can happen - Bobic

Eintracht Frankfurt have not received any offers for star striker Ante Rebic, Fredi Bobic says, but the Bundesliga side's sporting director admits they will struggle to hold on to him if any arrive in the close season.

The 24-year-old has scored 12 goals since joining the German club from Fiorentina on an initial loan deal that was made permanent this summer.

Rebic's heroics for Croatia at the World Cup have only enhanced his reputation, as he grabbed attention with an excellent opening goal in his side's 3-0 win over Argentina, and he could raise his profile even more with his side set to take on England in the semi-finals.

Reports that Manchester United, Arsenal, Tottenham and Napoli are all watching him have recently emerged, adding to reported interest from Bayern Munich.

Although Rebic has three years on his contract with Frankfurt, Bobic is not ruling out a big offer forcing his club's hand.

"I am very happy about the success of Ante Rebic with the Croatian national team," Bobic told Sport1. "The players and the coaching team are watching the World Cup games together in the training camp in the USA and, of course, are especially excited about Ante

"So far, there are no offers available and we're planning a steady season with Ante Rebic for the new season.

"Of course we know that a lot can happen when a big club makes an offer.

"We cannot compete economically with the big ones, but that's nothing new."
