Nigeria coach Salifsu Yusuf says they are prepared to pick one of the two slots in Group A of the 2017 Wafu Cup.
The Super Eagles needed two late goals on Monday to see off a resilient Sierra Leone to make it to the next phase of the competition despite arriving in Ghana very late.
They have been paired with Ghana, Guinea and Mali.
“When you talk about a football match between Nigeria and Ghana, it is at a different level,” Yusuf told reporters.
“Whether it is a Cup final or a friendly match, both teams give their very best. That is what we are going to do on Monday, and I am sure the Ghanaians will come to the party with the same mind when we meet"
“The victory over Sierra Leone was good for the team. Psychologically, we are now attuned to going all out in every game as we aim to go all the way to the final and see what happens next," he added.
Nigeria will lock horns with Mali on Thursday at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium before Ghana take on Guinea later in the day.
The two countries (Ghana and Nigeria) will meet on September 18.
