KPL: Sofapaka signing ready to prove himself

Sofapaka FC signing Timothy Luda is optimistic of a good spell at his new side.

The former Thika United FC man signed a reported two year deal with the 2009 league champions this month, and was on target on his debut game against Gor Mahia. Luda says he is happy with the move and he believes the team is heading in the right direction. "It is usual for a player to make a move from one club to another, and I felt it was also the right time for me to change clubs.

"Injury was my main let down while at Thika United and it hindered me from progressing, but now that is a thing of the past, and I am focusing on the present. I have started life at Sofapaka well and I am optimistic that if things go according to plans then all will be well on my side."

Batoto ba Mungu have made good signings, latest being the acquisition of AFC Leopards captain Bernard Mang'oli.
