Kenyan trio named in Zesco United squad to face AS Sonidep in Caf Champions League

The Team Ya Ziko will depart for Niger on Friday from Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe international airport via Addis Ababa

Harambee Stars players have been named in Zesco United squad for the first leg match.

Defender David Owino, Anthony Akumu and Jesse Were have been included in the traveling party for the preliminary fixture against AS Sonidep of Niger set for November 27. Others in the squad are newly signed Rahim Osumanu, Mwila Phiri Jnr and Clement Mwape.

The Team Ya Ziko will depart for Niger on Friday from Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe international airport via Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, and arrive in Niger on Saturday 24/11/2018. The return leg is scheduled for Tuesday 4/12/2018 at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium.

Zesco United squad; Jacob Banda, Simon Silwimba, Solomon Sakala, David Odhiambo, Marcel Kalonda, Kondwani Mtonga, Anthony Agay Akumu, Misheck Chaila, John Chingandu, Lazarous Kambole, Jesse Jackson Were, Enock Sabumukama, Rahim Osumanu, Samson Banda, Clement Mwape, Mwila Phiri Jnr, Kalengo Maybin, Kalengo Winstone and Fackson Kapumubu.
