The Ranbir Kapoor co-owned outfit have announced the capture of their latest foreign recruit for the coming season

The Mumbai franchise of the Indian Super League (ISL), Mumbai City FC have signed Brazilian attacking midfielder Everton Leandro dos Santos Pinto or simply Everton Santos for season 4 of the ISL.

The 30-year-old has represented various clubs from Fluminense to South Korean side Seongnam Ilhwa, who eventually converted the loan move from Paris Saint-Germain to a permanent one in 2012. Everton last turned out for Santa Cruz Futebol Clube in Brazil.

In the domestic player draft on August 23, the Alexandre Guimaraes-coached team picked Arindam Bhattacharya and Abinash Ruidas among the 12 others.

On Wednesday, last week, Mumbai City had confirmed Lucian Goian's two-year extension with the club following the retention of Amrinder Singh and Sehnaj Singh.
