'Grazie Leo' – Juventus bid Bonucci farewell with highlight video

Juventus have honoured the departing Leonardo Bonucci with a touching farewell video.

The 30-year-old will join Juve's rivals  Milan in a €42 million move , and the centre-back will sign a five-year contract at San Siro upon the completion of a medical.

Bonucci leaves an incredible record of success in Turin, as the Old Lady have captured the past six Serie A titles and reached two of the past three Champions League finals. 

As Bonucci's move nears, Juve posted a video highlighting some of his contributions at both ends of the pitch. 

The Italy international played over 300 games for Juve and in addition to the six Serie A titles, he also won three Coppas Italia and three Supercoppas Italiana with the Turin club.
