The Porcupine Warriors were stunned by newly-promoted Karela, three days after falling to Hearts in the Super Clash

While the future of Kotoko coach Samuel Paa Kwasi Fabin has been thrown in doubt following another setback, Hearts of Oak could only manage a point as the Ghana Premier League entered matchday 11 on Wednesday.

The two sides sold out a blockbuster on Sunday, with the Porcupine Warriors slumping to a 1-0 home defeat.

Their troubles continued on Wednesday as they succumbed to a 3-1 loss to debutants Karela United at Anyinase. Imoro Ibrahim, Abdul Ganiyu Ismail and Maxwell Baako rendered Sogne Yacouba's goal useless. The Porcupine Warriors, thus, sit 10th on the table, seven places behind the new boys.

Hearts, on the other hand, could not build on Sunday's win as they were held to a 0-0 draw by fourth-from-bottom Liberty Professionals at Cape Coast. The result has left the Phobians eighth on the log.

Elsewhere, Ashanti Gold consolidated their lead at the top of the table with a 1-0 home victory over newly-promoted Eleven Wonders. Latif Anabila was the hero of the day.

It was fireworks at Dawu as Dreams FC twice came from behind to register a 3-2 triumph at the expense of Inter Allies. Leonard Owusu's double and Eric Gawu's effort sealed the dramatic win. Allies' goals came from Nigerien attacker Victorien Adebayor.

At the Golden City Park, eleventh-placed Berekum Chelsea were stunned at their own backyard as Charles Boateng and Francis Debrah (own goal) scored to ensure a 2-1 win for visiting Wafa. Evans Obeng fetched The Blues' consolation goal. The away outfit have moved to fourth on the table.

And at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, Bechem United came from behind to force a 3-3 draw with Elmina Sharks. Felix Addo's strike and Benjamin Tweneboah's double put Sharks in pole position for a win but two goals from Hafiz Wontah Konkoni and an Adama Diabate effort shared the spoils.
