EXTRA TIME: Watch Orlando Pirates and Platinum Stars soak in Cup celebration

Bucs have been so poor this season that they should soak up every bit of praise they get to improve their confidence. It was quite a good win too!

Earlier in the week, Platinum Stars had already progressed to the Nedbank Cup quarterfinals.

They beat Baroka FC 1-0 and could afford to soak in for a pool party on the weekend. Even coach Cavin Johnson could join in with the players!

Then it was time for Pirates to finally get upbeat about something. On Saturday they gained revenge on Free State Stars, winning in style with a 4-1 scoreline.

Perhaps the criticism of Kjell Jonevret woke up a few players? Now, they can stand up and get a standing ovation at the same time.
