Dylan Kerr wants Gor Mahia to parade KPL trophy on open-top-bus in Nairobi

Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr could have loved to see K’Ogalo ride on the streets of Nairobi on open-top-bus as they parade their 17th league title.

Gor Mahia will officially be crowned the 2018 Kenyan Premier League champions after the game against Mathare United on September 29 in Machakos.

Kerr, who won his second KPL title with the side he joined in July 2017, now says that Gor Mahia should emulate other big clubs like Manchester United and Real Madrid by displaying the trophy with a bus tour to the city.

“It's a shame we don't follow other countries and do an open top bus in CBD of Nairobi finishing at Tom Mboya statue again where the green army faithful always go. But maybe that's a security risk,” Kerr told Goal.

Kerr has also proposed that the game against Mathare be taken to Kisumu to appreciate the fans from the Lakeside City for their support to the club this season.
