UEFA Champions League
UEFA Europa League

Thanks for joining our commentary this evening. Until next time, goodbye.
Manchester City have the chance to get back to winning ways against Southampton on Wednesday on home soil. Manchester United are next in action against AC Milan in their Europa League round-of-16 contest on Thursday at Old Trafford.
Manchested United stun Manchester City by defeating their rivals 2-0 in their Premier League clash at the Etihad Stadium. City's run of 21 wins in a row has come to a grinding halt due to a brilliant performance from Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men. The visitors were on their game from the off, winning a penalty in the first minute that was converted by Bruno Fernandes. Luke Shaw added a vital second after the break to deliver the three points for the Red Devils. The result lifts them back into second place, although they remain 11 points adrift of City at the top of the Premier League. Pep Guardiola and his men had a rare off day.

81' Foden latches on to a cross from the right flank from De Bruyne. He takes a good first touch, but Greenwood makes a crucial intervention to stop the strike.
79' MISS! Sterling fails to connect with a strike from close range with the goal gaping. Walker puts in a brilliant cross from the right flank that travels through to Sterling in front of goal. All he needs to do is make contact wth a strike to beat Henderson, but he misses it completely.
77' City are running out of time to force the issue in the final third. Their incredible run could be coming to an end.
75' CHANCE! Foden latches on to a cutback from De Bruyne in the box, but the midfielder slices his effort from close range wide of the right post. A huge opportunity spurned.

46' We're back underway at the Etihad Stadium.
United have been solid enough at the back, but City have not been quite at their best. The home side have been a bit tentative in the final third. However, they are creating opportunities and it would be surprising to say the least if they were unable to get on the scoresheet today.

1' We're underway at the Etihad Stadium.
Man City have lost three of their last five home league games against Manchester United (D1 L1), including a 1-2 defeat last season. They’ve not lost consecutive home league games against Man Utd since April 2010.
United have made four changes to their side from their goalless draw against Palace. Lindelof returns to the back four in place of Bailly. However, Edinson Cavani misses out due to injury. Martial replaces the Uruguayan as the spearhead of the attack, while James comes in on the right flank for Greenwood. McTominay returns in a defensive midfield role for Matic, who drops to the bench.
Guardiola has made three changes to his side from their win over Wolves last time out. Zinchenko and Stones are recalled into the backline in place of Walker and Laporte. Cancelo reverts to right-back after starting on the left side during the week. Gundogan gets the nod ahead of Silva in the middle of the park. Sterling, Jesus and Mahrez continue to lead the line.
MANCHESTER UNITED SUBS: Eric Bailly, Mason Greenwood, Lee Grant, Amad Diallo, Alex Telles, Nemanja Matic, Brandon Williams, Axel Tuanzebe, Shola Shoretire.
MANCHESTER UNITED (4-2-3-1): Dean Henderson; Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, Harry Maguire, Luke Shaw; Scott McTominay, Fred; Daniel James, Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford; Anthony Martial.
MANCHESTER CITY SUBS: Kyle Walker, Sergio Aguero, Zack Steffen, Aymeric Laporte, Bernardo Silva, Ferran Torres, Benjamin Mendy, Fernandinho, Phil Foden.

Manchester United's bid to catch their rivals has stalled with a run of only one win in five matches. The Red Devils have been solid, losing only one of their last 21 matches in the Premier League. However, they've struggled to put victories together to apply pressure on their rivals. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's men have fired blanks in their last three outings and will face a tough task against the best defence in the league to change that this afternoon.
Manchester City are firing on all cylinders heading into the Manchester derby. Pep Guardiola's men have won 21 matches in a row and are unbeaten in their last 28 games. City hold a 12-point lead over Leicester City at the top of the Premier League and can take a huge stride towards the crown with another victory this afternoon. City put on a late show to crush Wolves during the week and would relish another emphatic win over their biggest rivals.
Good afternoon and welcome to the live commentary of the Premier League clash between Manchester City and Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.
