That's all from us here and it has been a great pleasure talking you through all of tonight's action from Zagreb. We hope you can join us again very soon. Take care!

Robert Lewandowski scored a second-half brace as Bayern Munich wrapped up their Champions League group stage campaign with a 2-0 win over Dinamo Zagreb. The Poland international bagged twice in three minutes for the Germans.
FULL TIME: DINAMO ZAGREB 0-2 BAYERN MUNICH

T. Müller
Penalty Miss
Bayern München
MISS! Muller misses the chance to put Bayern 3-0 up this evening as he sees his penalty kick strike the woodwork. He's been terrific since he came on at the start of the second half and has deserved a goal.
Eduardo
Yellow Card
Dinamo Zagreb
PENALTY TO BAYERN! Eduardo concedes a penalty as he takes out Vidal inside the penalty area and receives a booking in the process. Muller stands over the ball and looks poised for the visitors here.
SAVE! Muller goes close to scoring yet again as he drives into the Dinamo penalty area, but he sees his shot saved by Eduardo from close range. The Germany international has done everything but score tonight.
Bayern haven't been as imperious as they were in the reverse leg against Dinamo this evening, but they've still managed to get the job done after making five changes to their starting lineup. Guardiola will be pleased with the response from his players after his side's defeat to Borussia Monchengladbach last time out.
Pjaca tries to storm forward on the breakaway for Dinamo but he gets brought down in Bayern's half by Martinez. The Spaniard has been quick in the tackle all night long and impressed doing so.
D. Pavičić
M. Rog
Dinamo Zagreb
Mamic makes his third and final change of the game for Dinamo this evening as he takes off Rog, who tried his best to get involved in his side's attacking play, and replaces him with Pavicic.
Dinamo are starting to look tired now after chasing the ball for most of the game. Bayern are seeing the match out now in a professional manner, biding their time to attack the Croats.
Dinamo deserve credit for having a go at Bayern this evening in attack, while their work ethic to press has been good as well. But they've just been undone by two moments of quality from Lewandowski and there is no shame in that.
ALMOST THE HAT-TRICK! Rode latches onto the ball just inside Dinamo's box and curls a cross towards Lewandowski, who fails to hit the target unmarked at the back post. Let off for Dinamo.
Bayern are knocking the ball around in search of more goals despite their two-goal lead, but they have to watch out defensively as Dinamo continue to look sharp when surging forward in numbers.
Paulo Machado
J. Fernándes
Dinamo Zagreb
Mamic makes his second change of the game for Zagreb this evening as he takes off Fernandes, who got better in the second half after a quiet opening period, and replaces him with Machado.
J. Pivarić
Yellow Card

Rode tries to make tracks deep inside the Dinamo's half but Pivaric brings him down with a mistimed challenge. The referee dishes out a yellow card in his direction as a result.

SO CLOSE! Dinamo strike the woodwork as Pivaric breaks forward from left-back and beats Ulreich all ends up with a wicked shot towards goal. The hosts are pushing hard to try and get a goal back here.
Muller tries to get his name on the scoresheet now as he marauds forward into a good shooting position, but Sigali blocks his attempt towards Eduardo between the Dinamo sticks.
Pjaca tries to make an immediate impact for Dinamo with a driving run forward, but Rafinha gets tight too him and gives away a free-kick as he mistimes his attemped tackle.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAALLLLL!! It's 0-1 to Bayern! Muller engineers half a yard for himself down the right-hand side and curls in a cross towards Lewandowski, who gets across Sigali and heads home from inside the box.
All the noise from the stands and all the chances on the pitch are coming from Bayern at the moment, yet Dinamo are still managing to dig in on home soil. Pjaca looks set to come on for them in the next few minutes.
Lewandowski curls in a cross from the left flank towards the box which Sigali scuffs straight to Rode, but the midfielder fires an attempt towards goal well over the crossbar from close range.
Green takes a short corner for Bayern as he rolls it to Muller. The Bayern forward chooses against whipping in a cross and instead finds Rafinha, who drives a low shot towards goal from a long way out but Eduardo again makes a comfortable save.
Fernandes plays a one-two with Soudani past Boateng and drives a shot towards goal, but Ulreich stands firm and makes a good save. Coric curls in the resulting corner towards the box but it gets cleared by Bayern.
GOOD SAVE! Muller picks up the ball just outside the Dinamo box and as he smashes a left-footed shot towards goal, Taravel takes the sting out of it with a block before it flies into Eduardo's arms.
ALMOST THROUGH ON GOAL! Green drives forward down the left towards the Dinamo box and as he slips a through pass towards Muller, Taravel just about manages to block the ball and hack away the danger for the hosts.
CLOSE! Alonso curls in a corner towards the near post which Muller flicks cleverly towards the back stick with the side of his boot, but Kimmich just misses out when stretching a leg trying to score a tap-in for the visitors.
T. Müller

Guardiola makes his second change of the match for Bayern tonight as he brings on Muller in place of Ribery, who was by some distance the German side's most threatening player in the first half.
J. Boateng
M. Benatia
Bayern München
Guardiola makes his first change of the game for Bayern this evening as he takes off Benatia, who appeared to be struggling with an injury knock towards the end of the opening period, and replaces him with Boateng.
Welcome back! Bayern get us under way again here in Zagreb.
Bayern typically dominated possession and always looked a threat whenever they shifted the ball out wide to either Ribery or Lewandowski. But Dinamo were a threat themselves and Soudani will be kicking himself for missing the two best chances of the match so far.
It's still honours even here in Croatia as the two sets of players head down the tunnel for the half-time break. Dinamo and Bayern can't be split after a 45 minutes, with both sides having good chances to break the deadlock in the opening period.
HALF TIME: DINAMO ZAGREB 0-0 BAYERN MUNICH
BIG MISS BY SOUDANI AGAIN! The winger wins Dinamo a free-kick as he gets fouled by Kimmich but as Coric picks him out with a magnificent ball in from the set play, he heads wide of the target with Ulreich in no man's land.
Benatia pulls up and requests to sit on the sidelines for a breather. The Bayern defender looks as though he has picked up a knock and that will be something for Guardiola to moniter during the interval, which is just around the corner.
Pivaric surges forward from left-back for Dinamo but as he powers a pass into the path of Coric outside the Bayern box, the youngster fails to control the ball and that allows Benatia to nick in and seize possession.
Ribery gets past Soudani down the left and looks to play in Rode, but as the Bayern central midfielder tries to get his toe onto the Frenchman's pass, Sigali makes the clearance for Dinamo.
Lahm picks up the ball down the right-hand side and he wastes no time with it as he curls in a cross towards Lewandowski, who peels away from Sigali at the back stick but heads tamely into the arms of Eduardo.
Rode steams forward for Bayern and as he opens up his body with the ball at his feet, he drives a shot towards goal but Eduardo makes a comfortable save for Dinamo. Still 0-0.
CLOSE! Lewandowski wins Bayern a free-kick as he gets fouled by Goncalo Santos in the middle of the park. Alonso steps up to take the set play and he just misses the far past with good, curling effort.
Gonçalo
Yellow Card
Dinamo Zagreb
Goncalo Santos becomes the first man to get his name taken by the referee this evening as he fouls Lewandowski in the centre of the pitch. The Dinamo midfielder mistimes his challenge and hands Bayern a free-kick in a decent position.
Ribery gets caught offside and that allows Dinamo to take control of possession. Soudani gets the ball at his feet down the right flank and tries to play in Fernandes with a low cross, but Martinez makes the interception with good anticipation.
Rode collects possession down the left-hand side and rather than chuck in a cross, he instead rolls the ball back to Rafinha who winds up a shot from distance, but misses the target with a curling effort.
BIG MISS! Antolic puts Soudani in one-on-one with Ulreich but with the goal at his mercy, the Dinamo wide man scuffs his shot into the turf and that allows the Bayern goalkeeper to make the save. What a chance that was for the hosts to take the lead.
OVER THE CROSSBAR! Goncalo Santos latches onto Antolic's pass in the middle of the park and feeds in Soudani with a lovely lofted ball over the top. The Dinamo winger cuts inside past Rafinha but sends his effort into the stands behind the goal.
Dinamo are looking a threat every time they manage to counter attack Bayern at the moment but the problem is, they're breakaways are few and far between due to the visitors' dominance of the ball.
Ribery gets flagged for offside as he tries to make tracks in behind Dinamo's defence once again. The Frenchman has been bright when combining with Lewandowski down that side of the pitch so far and the pair are causing Dinamo a few problems.
Bayern are still knocking the ball around with a consummate ease at the moment but Dinamo are pressing them well to try and stem the flow of attacks from Guardiola's men. It still remains 0-0 as things stand here.
BLOCK! Lewandowski picks up possession down the left-hand side and slips a neat through ball towards Ribery, who stabs a shot towards goal but Eduardo makes a good stop between the sticks.
Soudani bursts forward into the Bayern half on the counter attack for Dinamo but just as he gets his head up to try and look for options, the referee on the far side of the pitch thwarts him with the offside flag.
Alonso curls in another corner from the right-hand side towards the head of Benatia but the danger gets cleared by Dinamo. As the ball flies out of the box, Rode tries to control possession to get a shot away but he takes a bad first touch.
Ribery drives infield past Pinto and blasts a shot towards goal, but Eduardo tips it around the post for a Bayern corner. Alonso picks out Lewandowski from the set play that follows, but the Poland international sees his effort blocked by Sigali.
GREAT SAVE! Rog drives into the penalty area from midfield and as he uses his body strength to keep Martinez off him inside the box, he plays a pass to Antolic who forces a superb stop from Ulreich. Lovely play from the hosts.
Bayern are, as expected, dominating possession in these early stages. Guardiola's men are getting a good feel for the game at the moment while Dinamo continue to get cheered on by an incredibly lively home crowd here in Croatia.
Kimmich drives forward from midfield to try and get on the end of a pass from Ribery, but Sigali clears the ball out of bounds before the Bayern youngster can get there. Alonso whips in the resulting corner towards Benatia, who misses the target with his header.
Dinamo get us under way here in Zagreb. The man in charge of the cards for tonight's encounter is Martin Strombergsson from Sweden.
