The return of European football means we'll get to see some of the best FIFA 17 Rising Stars back in action. Who'll be the ones to shine brightest?

It’s back! European club competition returns from its winter break tonight.

And some of Goal's Top 50 Rising Stars of FUT will be looking to make an impact when their teams take to the field over the next three nights and beyond.

20-year-old Alex Iwobi has started four of Arsenal's six UEFA Champions League games and has completed 84.3% of his passes in the opponents’ half so far, which is comparable with his more senior teammate, Mesut Ozil, who’s connected on 84.2%. Iwobi also logged a shooting accuracy of 75%, which is second among Gunners midfielders.

Gerson, 19, has completed seven dribbles in the Europa League this season, that is more than any other midfielder for Roma, despite the fact that the Brazilian has only started on three of his six appearances.

Athletic Bilbao's Inaki Williams has also impressed, creating more chances from open play (4) than any of his Bilbao teammates with the exception of Raul Garcia. Williams has also made more crosses (14) than all but one teammate (Markel Susaeta, 17).

Fred, 23, has started three times in Europe so far this season but has passed the ball more than all but one outfield player for Shakhtar Donetsk. He marked his appearance in the first team against Gent in November with a goal as hi side side ran out 5-3 winners.

Borussia Dortmund striker Emre Mor will also be looking to make an impact in the second half of the season. In all competitions to date, he’s attempted a dribble just over every six minutes. That’s higher than any other Dortmund player.
