Simba have issued a warning to the referee who will officiate the Dar es Salaam derby against their arch rivals Yanga on Sunday.
Speaking in a press conference, Simba’s spokesman, Hajji Manara said that as a team they have had good preparations and they are confident of doing well.
He however added that the referee of the game must follow 17 FIFA’s regulations during the 90 minutes in order to for football fans inside and outside Tanzania to enjoy the game
“We are ready for the game due to our preparations, my wish is good decisions from the referee during the game in order to give out a good match for footaball fans,” said Manara.
Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) have had named Emmanuel Mwandembwa to officiate the game on Sunday.
In the reverse fixture in October last year which ended in 1-1 draw, Simba were not impressed with referee Elly Sasi who was accused of not awarding them a penalty.
