Posta Rangers head coach Sammy ‘Pamzo’ Omollo says slow start is to blame for the weekend’s league defeat.

The mailmen suffered a 3-2 defeat against Nakumatt FC in a Kenyan Premier League match played at Camp Toyoyo. It was a demoralizing lose considering the fact that the mailmen had won against Ulinzi Stars a week earlier.

‘Pamzo’ has pointed out negatives and positives from the game. “We did not play well at all, and I will not blame the defense but I can say the whole team made a mistake.

"We conceded two quick goals in the first half and after the break they added another one. To be honest Nakumatt played a good game and were rewarded with a win.

“Well, my side was excellent especially in the second half where we created numerous chances but we did not capitalize on them. The two goals were also good for us but they came too little too late,” Omollo told Goal.

It was Posta Rangers' fifth defeat in six league outings.
