Sydney make history with win

"I can't remember the last time I have come here and been so disappointed in the performance," the coach said after the defeat.

The defeat is the third in four weeks for Victory and just the third loss AAMI Park in the campaign. But former Victory defender Muscat is aware that his team will not be able to rely on reputation as the postseason begings.

“That’s the biggest challenge for me and the group. To make sure, we’ve had a good season, to not just coast our way to the finals and then expect to perform well in them.”
