Amakhosi's faithful supporter believes that they will finally bag their first PSL win when they visit the Citizens on Saturday

With Kaizer Chiefs still searching for their first 2018/19 Premier Soccer League (PSL) win, Amakhosi's renowned supporter Masilo Machaka is confident that victory will finally come on Saturday.

Amakhosi are on the road to Cape Town City as they resume their league schedule and Machaka reckons coach Giovanni Solinas will get the proverbial monkey off his back at the Cape Town Stadium.

“Yes if you look at it, at this moment we have no win and three points in the league. It is disappointing but we have to support Solinas,” Machaka told Goal.

“He will get his winning combination, the back four is yet to be good at this stage because he didn't get a full pre-season with us,” he expressed.

“I think he knows the players now, he knows (Itumeleng) Khune and Willard Katsande's weaknesses and strengths,” he reacted.

Speaking about their sixth PSL match away to the Citizens, Machaka said they have to capitalise on Benni McCarthy's men who may have the MTN8 final at the back of their minds.

“We need to win away games and we need to challenge for the league title, it's not too late to get our first win – it will come on Saturday,” he responded.

“However, Benni is not a rookie anymore, he wants a win as well and I am sure they will be a hard nut to crack because they are at home," he warned.

“They are focusing on the final and he cannot win all of them, he must choose one and we must capitalise on that and beat him,” continued Machaka.

“We need to attack from the first whistle and I am confident the boys will make it and the Fifa break has helped the coach and the players to get used to his system,” asserted the Khosi supporter.

“They must take time to prepare and rectify their errors because this is a big club where we cannot afford to get to 10 games with no win,” he noted.

“We want good football and the coach has promised to deliver, we have to pray and support them. They must also pray and the backline must improve on their communication,” Machaka expressed .

“Benni will be surprised on Saturday and I can tell you the supporters will be there and we will be in the 18 area,” he concluded.
