Free State Stars have confirmed that Dennis Oliech will sign for the club after undergoing medical in June.

Oliech has been holding trials with the South African club for the last nine days and has already impressed coach Luc Eymael.

Eymael, who formerly handled AFC Leopards in Kenya, has exclusively confirmed to Goal that Oliech will return for pre-season training before undergoing medical on June 18.

"The meeting between Oliech and club management has just ended and they have agreed that he (Oliech) reports for pre-season to do some friendlies, finalise the deal and do medical before signing a contract.

"Pre-season will start on June 18 and Oliech will be expected here to start training with us. Everything is not yet finalised but it now looks positive and if he signs in June, it will be a one year contract."

On Monday, Eymael revealed to Goal that Oliech was scheduled to hold a meeting with the club's top hierarchy to discuss his fate after the trials.

"Oliech has had a very successful and positive trials since arriving and he will have a meeting with the management either today (Tuesday) or Wednesday to discuss a possible transfer.
