Kenya has dropped nine places in the latest Fifa World rankings.
Harambee Stars now occupy position 111 globally, below Cecafa opponents, Uganda, Zimbabwe and Libya.
Kenya, who were position 102 in the last rankings, droped nine places and 34 places behind neighbors Uganda, who are 74th despite dropping four positions.
Kenya’s Group A opponents in the forthcoming Cecafa Senior Challenge Cup, Libya moved 10 places up to position 77th in the world. Zimbabwe are eight places above Kenya on position 103.
Kenya will kick-off Cecafa campaign against Rwanda, who have dropped two places to position 120. There was no change at the top five, with Germany, Brazil, Poland, Argentina and Belgium taking the first five positions.
Spain jumped two places up to sixth while England dropped down further to 15th.
Senegal is the top-ranked African country having moved nine places followed by Tunisia and Egypt on second and third respectively.
