Hunt: Bidvest Wits will go all out to win the PSL title

Hunt says the Students will be like a new team now that James Keene is back from a long-term injury

Bidvest Wits coach Gavin Hunt is already expecting a tough second half of the season wiith games set to come thick and fast. 

However, Hunt is not complaining, saying that he prefers to play week in and week out. 

He added that they will be going all out in the remaining 15 league games and challenge for the two trophies on offer, including the Nedbank Cup. 

“I’m not complaining as I prefer to be playing games,” Hunt toldt the Daily Sun newspaper

“I don’t mind playing three matches a week but doing that for three successive weeks is going to be a huge test - and something has got to give, but we’ll be giving it a full go on all fronts this season, including the Nedbank Cup,” Hunt expressed.

The return of James Keene in addition to Granwald Scott, who was signed at the beginning of the year, will help them achieve their goals, according to Hunt. 

“Having Keene back with the addition of Scott and Mahlambi will be like having a new team,” Hunt concluded.
