The Kumasi-giants have appointed three managers so far this season and are without a defeat in their last five league games after picking seven victories from 19 games.
“We're on the right track now and hopefully, we will not look back in our title chase,” Gyamfi told Goal.
“The season hasn't been smooth because we were cruising to the top at a point but everything halted. We didn't expect this but we aren't giving up because it is possible that the title can be ours since we are only seven points behind.
“With eleven matches left, everything is possible and we're optimistic that we can put smiles back on the faces of the supporters,” he said.
He added: “Our next game is against Ebusua Dwarfs whom we lost heavily to last season at the same venue. We want to make amends and possibly pay them back with their own coin.”
Kotoko will face fierce rivals Hearts of Oak next weekend in the 2017 President Cup at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
