Gor Mahia are set to unveil another signing in the name of Kenneth Muguna on Wednesday.

Goal understands that the two parties have reached a deal and that the former KF Tirana midfielder will now be unveiled at the club’s premises. Gor Mahia CEO Omondi Aduda has confirmed that the player will be handed a three-year deal.

“We have agreed on everything and what remains now is for the player to come and sign the papers. He is a good player and we have handed him three years to make a return to Gor Mahia.”

The capture of Muguna comes just a day after K’Ogalo unveiled former Tusker midfielder Shafik Batambuze on a two-year contract.

The much-traveled Ugandan is expected to add depth in K’Ogalo's rank ahead of what promises to be a tough season as they prepare to defend the title as well as a chance to better their display in Caf Champions League.

Batambuze comes with a wealth of experience for both the KPL as well as the regional leagues. The midfielder has previously featured for Tusker, Sofapaka, Muhoroni Youth and Western Stima in the KPL.

Goal can also reveal that Sofapaka midfielder Dennis Odhiambo and youth player Cliff Nyakeya of Mathare United are being targeted by the champions.
