Godfred Donsah’s agent Oliver Arthur has revealed that the midfielder was unable to seal a move from Bologna in January because clubs couldn't meet his buyout clause.
The 21-year-old was linked to Torino but the deal fell through on transfer deadline day despite reports suggesting he had agreed personal terms.
The highly rated box-to-box midfielder had a €10 million price tag but Torino were only ready to offer €6 million, according to reports.
“We had several offers from almost half of Serie A clubs [in the January transfer window] but none of the negotiations went well as expected," Arthur told TuttoBolognaweb.
"Perhaps, in June we can talk about a potential sale if the right offer comes and then he will leave,” he added.
Donsah was part of the Ghana U20 squad that participated in the 2015 Fifa World Youth Championship.
