The Black Starlets' opponents were confirmed on Friday following the conclusion of group matches of C and D.
Niger fell 2-0 to Brazil in their last game but a 1-0 win over North Korea in their opener gifted them three points, just enough to secure passage to the last 16 as one of the four best third-placed teams.
Ghana, meanwhile, handed India a 4-0 defeat on Thursday to finish top of Group A.
Slated for Wednesday, Ghana's clash with Niger will be the fourth meeting between the two sides in 2017.
The Black Starlets played the Menas in a double-header as part of preparations for the African Championship earlier this year, with Paa Kwasi Fabin's boys running out 2-0 victors in both games.
At the final tournament in Gabon, the two sides faced off once again in the semifinals.
The meeting ended 0-0 after extra time before the Starlets emerged the luckier side in a penalty shootout (6-5).
Wednesday's fixture is set for the DY Patil Stadium, Navi Mumbai.
