Football Kenya Federation has returned the favour to fans by slashing the ticket prices for Harambee Stars friendly against Malawi.
Stars will return to Kasarani, where they edged out Ghana by a solitary goal in an Afcon qualifier on Saturday, when they host Malawi.
FKF has set the VIP ticket at Sh500 in what the federation says is a ‘thank you’ to the local fans for turning up in large numbers to support the team against the Black Stars.
“We urge Kenyans to come out in large numbers and support the team even though Tuesday is a working day,” said FKF president Nick Mwendwa.
A ticket for the terraces will retail at Sh100. Those for the game against Ghana were retailing at Sh1000 and Sh200 for VIP and terraces respectively.
Harambee Stars are expected to resume residential camp at the Kenya School of Monitory Studies with Malawi expected to jet into the country on Tuesday.
