Banyana Banyana lost 1-0 against China with the goal coming from Li Ying in the 40th minute of the match.
These results mean that Banyana will exit the World Cup in the group stage but they can still play for pride against Germany.
Considering their poor form in 2019, Banyana have performed relatively well in France so far, despite the two defeats. They've produced two respectable performances and didn't get the breaks when it mattered against tough opposition, Spain and China.
One can read all the reactions during and after the game from South African football's media and a few soccer legends.
We also included a number of pre-match videos with fantastic interviews on Banyana's campaign.

Banyana Banyana losing once again. Sad for Africa. African teams in general lack the metal strength to participate at grand stages. When is a major trophy ever going to 🌍 when?— Dr Stuart (@thomstuartt) June 13, 2019
