The People's Elephants trainer says his side's flaws led to their defeat against Sai Masu Gida in the Week 12 encounter in Kano played on Sunday

Enyimba head Coach Gbenga Ogunbote has admitted his side's carelessness saw them crumble 3-1 against Kano Pillars at the Sani Abacha Stadium on Sunday.

Kabiru Balogun's brace plus Gambo Mohammed's strike helped ten-man Kadiri Ikhana's men defeat the People's Elephants despite Stephen Chukwudi's goal.

But the handler is confident his side will make right their wrongs in their next game against MFM FC.

“We had a careless moment that led to the first goal," Ogunbote told media.

"We should have equalized almost immediately. However, when the second goal came we had a quick response to find an equalizer from the spot.

"Honestly, I did not see the third goal; I only saw the second official raise the offside flag.

“I do not like to complain about officiating as it does nothing to change the outcome of the match.

"This game is done and we will go back to make amend our mistakes where necessary.

“Honestly, we had several careless moments in the match and that should be a source of worry."
