Enyimba's Dare Ojo believes that his team has a good chance to upstage Akwa United in Wednesday's rescheduled topflight encounter at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium.
Both teams will be meeting for the second time in the Nigerian top-flight this season, having shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw at the UJ Esuene Stadium in April.
With the People's Elephants yet to lose in their last eight league matches, the former Kwara United man thinks they can extend their run against the Promise Keepers.
"Akwa United drew us at home this season and I feel this is a good chance for us to get something against them too,” Ojo told Goal.
“We need to keep up our good form away from home this season because we must continue to gather maximum points anywhere we play to make sure we finish well this season.
"We have some outstanding matches but this is a very crucial match for us and I believe we have all it takes to get a good result in Uyo.
“It will be a tough match but we can get a win there, it will be a huge boost for us. Akwa United are a difficult side to play but we do our best not to return home empty-handed."
Enyimba are ninth on the log with 31 points, while hosts Akwa United are sixth with a point advantage.
