It was a game of two halves, but the sugar millers will definitely be more comfortable with a point earned.
Head coach Charles Odero has lauded his charges for an excellent display but says the bigger impact will be felt in the matches to come.
"They were favourites from the word go; we came as underdogs and in the first half, I can admit they were on top.
“But we made amends in the second half and that is the reason why we collected a point.
"This result is a motivation to my players, it will make them work even harder and better results in future assignments."
The points pushed Chemelil Sugar to sixth on the log with eighteen points.
Chemelil will visit Afraha Stadium this weekend when they take on fourth-placed Ulinzi Stars
