Having recorded four wins from their last six Premier League games, it could pay dividends to side with Santo's men against the Eagles at Molineux

Wolves fans will have enjoyed the month of December. Four wins from six Premier League matches included high-profile victories over Chelsea and Tottenham.

Considering that, there appears plenty to like about getting Evens (2.0) on Nuno Espirito Santo's men securing another victory as they host Crystal Palace on Wednesday.

The Portuguese boss has spoken about the need for his side to improve at Molineux. The hosts have won just four of 10 league matches in front of their own fans but their recent displays should give Wolves backers plenty of confidence.

Palace recorded a memorable 3-2 win over Manchester City at the Etihad recently, but their away record has left plenty to be desired overall this term. 888Sport are 33/10 (4.30) about a win for the visitors here and a draw is available at 9/4 (3.25).

Six of the Eagles' 10 matches on the road this term have ended in defeat and barring that trip to the champions, goals have proved to be an issue for Roy Hodgson's side.

A tally of 17 means Palace have the third worst attack in the division at the time of writing. Under 2.5 goals being priced at just 4/7 (1.57) suggests another low-scoring affair is on the cards in the West Midlands.

Such a short price is hardly surprising given the home side boast the joint-best defensive line outside the current top four, leaking just 23 times. That's level with Leicester City, albeit the Foxes have played a game more.

Wolves secured a 1-0 win at Selhurst Park in early October and the Evens (2.0) from 888Sport about them completing a league double over a travel-sick opponent is worth taking given their improvement of late.

Santo has warned against his side getting complacent after their recent purple patch, but the hosts are showing the kind of form that the bookmakers expected of them once promotion to the top-flight was secured.

While Palace's win at the Etihad was obviously an incredible achievement, the fact remains that they've lost five of their previous seven away games in the Premier League.

That seems unlikely to change given their issues in the final third and struggles on the road, especially given how impressive the hosts have been over the last month or so.

As a result, Evens (2.0) about another home win for a resurgent Wolves side looks the way to go.
