Sligo Rovers have announced the signing of French striker Achille Campion.
The 26-year-old joins the SSE Airtricity League club from English League One outfit Port Vale.
"He really fits what we're looking for," said Sligo manager Dave Robertson. "He's quick, he's 6'2, he will add a lot to us. He has a real edge about his game."
Campion enjoyed a brief spell at Torquay last season, making just three appearances.
Prior to his time in England, Campion played college football in the United States for Belhaven Blazers and UC Santa Barbar Gauchos.
He later played for Baton Rouge Capitals and Ventura County Fusion before a spell in Sweden, where he featured for Division One side Norrby.
