A spectacular Killian Brennan free kick was the difference between Shamrock Rovers and Argentina Under-23s as Pat Fenlon's men secured their second win of the Nagjee International Cup.

In Athlone, Finn Harps overcame Athlone Town 4-2. Tony McNamee gave Ollie Horgan's side the lead before Athlone equalised through Emeka Onwubiko. Packie Mailey added a second for Harps and new signing Liam Flatley made it 3-1.
Athlone narrowed the deficit through Alan O'Sullivan, but former Derry City striker Michael Rafter put the game beyond doubt.
