That's all from us tonight folks, we hope you enjoyed the game!
Chelsea tighten their grip on fourth spot and are now just one point behind Leicester in third, who they face next time out. Meanwhile City will travel to Newcastle at the weekend.
Chelsea secure a 2-1 victory over Manchester City, a result that means that Liverpool are the Premier League champions. Chelsea led 1-0 at the break, thanks to a Pulisic goal, however City equalised shortly after the break thanks to a superb De Bruyne free-kick. It looked like City would go on and score a winner, with Sterling striking the post, but they couldn't find the breakthrough. Pulisic then thought he had scored again, but Walker cleared it off the line, before Fernandinho handled the ball on the line to deny Abraham, resulting in a Chelsea penalty and red card for the City man. Willian converted and made it 2-1.

84' City are still in possession now, but they are struggling to get into the final third with a man down. Chelsea have everyone back behind the ball defending in numbers.
82' Only Richard Dunne (5) has had more Premier League red cards than Fernandinho (4) for Man City.
80' It's going to be very difficult for City to score two goals to win this game now, it looks like Liverpool are going to be crowned Premier League champions in roughly 10 minutes time.
Willian
Penalty Goal

71' OFF THE LINE! Pulisic goes incredibly close to putting Chelsea ahead again! The winger breaks through on goal once again, this time he rounds Ederson and then slides the ball towards goal and it seems to be a certain goal. However Walker does brilliantly to slide in on the line and block the shot, clearing the danger. The referee looked at his goal line technology watch, but nothing happens, no goal.
69' Since his debut for Manchester City in 2015, De Bruyne has scored more PL goals from outside of the penalty area (16) than any other player.

K. De Bruyne
Goal
55' GOOOAAALLL! City are level, it's 1-1! Superb free-kick by De Bruyne! The midfielder gets the ball over the wall and it dips straight into the top left-hand corner of the net, giving Kepa no chance of saving it. We have a very interesting game on our hands now.

Rodri
55' Double substitution here for City, with Rodri coming off and he has been replaced by David Silva.

52' Chelsea have not lost at home in the Premier League when leading at half-time since Oct 2011 against Arsenal.
50' Christensen is now back on the pitch, he looks fine to continue. City are back in control of possession, keeping it well in midfield, but they aren't getting into the Chelsea final third.

The scoreline is perfect for Liverpool fans, as it stands they will be crowned Premier League champions, so City need to hit back. Meanwhile Chelsea will be very pleased with the result, they have looked good in defence, not allowing City much space in behind.
Chelsea have the advantage at the break, thanks to a goal from Pulisic after he capitalised on a big mistake by City. The visitors have enjoyed more possession, but haven't had too many chances in front of goal, apart from Fernandinho forcing Kepa into a strong save following a free-kick. Chelsea then went close themselves, via Christensen but his header from close range was well saved by Ederson. They took the lead after a quick counter-attack, with Mendy and Gundogan failing to deal with the ball on the halfway line, allowing Pulisic to race through on goal and put Chelsea ahead.

39' CHANCE! City take the resulting free-kick short and Mahrez finds time and space just inside the box and he tries to curl the ball into the top left-hand corner of the net. However, he gets too much power behind it and it flies narrowly over the bar.
Marcos Alonso
Yellow Card
38' The first yellow card of the game is shown to Alonso after he drags Mahrez to the ground, after the winger flicks the ball past him down the right wing.
C. Pulisic
Goal
36' GOOOAAALLL! Chelsea take the lead, it's 1-0! Fantastic counter-attack by Chelsea but it comes after an awful mistake on the halfway line, with Mendy and Gundogan both leaving the ball to each other and Pulisic nicks it off them, races through on goal and then slides it into the bottom right-hand corner of the net.
34' City look shaky at the back, they are struggling to clear their lines in the final third and Chelsea could take advantage of this.
33' SAVE! Christensen forces Ederson into making a great save from close range, with a header from a corner. It looked like a certain goal, but Ederson showed great reflexes to react. Alonso then smashes the rebound high over the crossbar.
32' CHANCE! Really good move by Chelsea, with Mount, Pulisic and Barkley all having chances at goal within a few seconds of each other, after City fail to deal with the danger and the Chelsea players kept picking up the loose ball. Barkley's shot is blocked at the near post and goes out for a corner, after Pulisic's shot is also blocked.
30' It's goalless at the half an hour mark at Stamford Bridge, with both teams having good chances to open the scoring here, but City certainly look the more dangerous of the two sides.
28' CHANCE! The ball falls to Barkley after a poor clearance from Laporte following a low cross into the box by Alonso from the left. Barkley smashes it towards goal, but Fernandinho gets across and makes a vital block just in time to turn it out of play for a corner.
26' Man City lost their last Premier League game in London (0-2 vs Tottenham). They’ve not lost consecutive games in the capital since December 2015, the first defeat of which also came against Spurs.
24' Stoppage in play here for a cooling break, a chance for both teams to take on some drinks and receive instructions from the coaching staff.
22' Giroud is cutting a very isolated figure up front for Chelsea at the moment, he is trying his best to close down Laporte and Fernandinho, but it is all too easy for City on the ball right now.
20' The pressure from City when they don't have the ball is excellent, they are chasing after everything to get back in possession, with Chelsea hardly touching the ball so far.
18' SAVE! Best chance of the game so far, with Fernandinho finding space at the near post to power a header towards goal, completely unmarked and he only had Kepa to beat. However, the keeper read it well and made a superb save to tip the ball over the crossbar.
17' Azpilicueta is lucky to get away with just a warning after a very strong and late tackle on Gundogan, right on the touchline. Needless challenge.
15' Almost! Kepa makes a big mistake at the back, taking too long with his clearance and then passing it straight out to a City player and Bernardo Silva is then fed through on goal, but luckily Rudiger is there to clear the danger just in time.
13' Good Chelsea move! There first attacking move of the game, Pulisic manages to stretch the City defence and pulls a cross back to Mount, but his shot is well blocked by Gundogan and goes behind for a corner, which comes to nothing.
12' Lovely move! De Bruyne with a superb deep cross into the penalty area, which Bernardo Silva heads down towards Laporte, but the defender doesn't read it well enough and it too slow to react, with Kepa gathering to the clear the danger.
11' Chelsea have alternated between defeat and victory in their last four Premier League home games against Man City, winning this exact fixture 2-0 last season.
9' Mendy gets to the byline down the left and drills in a low cross towards the near post, but Kepa gets down quickly and makes a good stop with his feet. No City players made the run towards the front post in order to meet it.
8' It's all City at the moment, but due to Chelsea packing the midfield, City are struggling to find space to breakthrough the lines. No chances so far.
6' Good move! Walker plays a lovely ball out wide to De Bruyne who found time and space down the left wing, he then passes to Bernardo Silva in the box, but he can't quite control the ball well enough and his shot is weak and straight at Kepa, who comfortably gathers.
5' Chelsea have everyone back behind the ball at the moment and have dropped into a five man midfield, with Kante sitting just in front of the defence, as the early pressure builds from City.
3' Sloppy start here by Chelsea, there have been a few misplaced passes in midfield to hand the ball back to City, who are enjoying more possession in the early stages of this game.
1' We're under way!
The teams are out on the pitch and kick-off is just a few minutes away, stay tuned for all of the match action!
