Which players are commanding the most in the transfer market?

After looking at the overall value of each A-League squad, Goal now casts its attention to every club's most valuable players in the transfer market right now.

With the help of Transfermarkt, we've listed every club's most pricey player and those hot on their heels.

From Keisuke Honda to Siem de Jong, these are the players that are currently demanding the most in the transfer market.

      The Spaniard has been in red-hot form for Adelaide over the past few seasons and at 32 still has a few good years left in him.

      While he's no longer playing, Fornaroli remains City's most valuable player but will be allowed to leave for free at the end of the season.

      Just behind him is Ritchie De Laet, who is valued at $2m, with Dario Vidosic still fetching a tidy $1.3m.
