Lwandamina: “We want to finish the tie in the first game”


Yanga Head Coach George Lwandamina has revealed that the preparations for CAF Champions League games have started at the Uhuru Stadium.

Speaking to Goal Lwandamina said that after Saturday’s 2-1 victory against Azam in the Premium League, now they have shifted their focus to the Champions League against St Louis of Seychelles.

"Our preparation for the international games is good, we respect our opponent St Louis but we want to finish the tie in the first game by scoring many goals before we play away in the second game," said Lwandamina.

He also congratulated his players for the good work and winning the game against Azam in the last match of the first round of Premium League.

Yanga has traveled to Mbeya today for ahead of the Confederation Cup games against Ihefu that will be played at Sokoine Stadium
