Wembley has served as a fine stadium for the Three Lions but the team have scored plenty of stunning goals elsewhere in the country - check out the most impressive strikes

Wembley may be known as home to the England national team but the Three Lions have enjoyed some impressive results and stunning goals at other grounds across the country.

In preparation for Euro 2016, Roy Hodgson's men will play friendlies at the Etihad Stadium (against Turkey) and the Stadium of Light (facing Australia) before they welcome Portugal to Wembley.

The changes in scenery are unlikely to affect England, though, as they have scored some lovely goals in their home matches away from the national stadium.

Robbie Fowler and Paul Scholes are three iconic players who make FATV's list of top five goals that the team have netted in home games not held at Wembley.

Neither of those two are No.1, though, and you can probably guess who scored that one.
