Maloba, who also featured for City Stars, found the going tough while with the defending champions, prompting for a switch toTusker as he seeks more play time.
Tusker chairman Charles Obiny has confirmed the winger’s arrival at Ruaraka on a two-year deal.
"We have signed Maloba, we have given him a two years contract with an option of extending it.
“He is a talented winger who we believe will give us another dimension and help us challenge this season.
"His experience will be valuable to us; we are happy to have signed him. Well, we are still in the market, and if we get a good player, we definitely will bring him on board."
Tusker has had a poor start that led to the sacking of Sam Timbe with Robert Matano taking his position.
