Madrid deny Lewandowski deal
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has told Bayern Munich CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge that his club haven’t agreed terms with Robert Lewandowski, according to Münchner Merku.
Mundo Deportivo had claimed that Madrid have settled on personal terms with Lewandowski over a deal for the Bayern striker to move to the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer.
However, despite ongoing speculation that Lewandowski could leave the Allianz Arena at the end of the season, Perez has informed Rummenigge that there has been no contact.
Courtois commits future to Chelsea
Thibaut Courtois has quashed talk of an imminent move to Real Madrid by vowing to spend at least one more season at Chelsea.
“I have a contract until next year and I will be here. I will do my best for it.
“Obviously there is no extension signed but I don't think now is the moment to do it. I think it is better to wait until the end of the season.
“All I can say is I'm committed to Chelsea and also committed for next year.”
