Throwback Thursday: When Home United's 2018 AFC ASEAN Cup win recorded a 3,000 plus strong crowd at the Jalan Besar Stadium

Relive the memories of Home United's historic AFC Cup success which saw a 3392 strong crowd at the Jalan Besar stadium

It's rare that the SPL (Singapore Premier League) experiences huge crowds for its games. But it was a different affair on Home United's historic AFC Cup triumph against Ceres Negros whereby a 3392 strong crowd flooded the Jalan Besar stadium to cheer on for their local team.

And with the added bonus of Home's match being on the eve of National Day, it only added to the occasion as a sea of Singaporeans decked in Red unified to spur on The Protectors to glory. But for now, we shall let the video clip below do the talking instead.

Such is the beauty when Singaporeans band togther to show their supprt for local football. A rarity but never impossible. Majulah Singapura.
