The American manager's job security has come into question after a run of poor results.

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has said manager Bob Bradley's job is not under threat, despite the club's poor form.

The Swans have won just one of seven Premier League games since the American manager took charge in October, including a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Tottenham last weekend.

"I don't know where that story came from, but it's natural in football that everyone wants and needs results," Jenkins told talkSPORT about a report Bradley's job was in danger. "But the last thing we need at this moment of time is a continual change in manager. We need stability first and foremost.

"Perhaps in the summer I could have made a better decision. From preseason onwards, I don't think things were right -- it was too flat. But we're with Bob now to try and turn that corner, and that is what we are working towards."

Swansea, which is currently in last place in the Premier League, faces Sunderland at the Liberty Stadium on Saturday.
