Moths take over Stade de France ahead of Euro 2016 final

A swarm of moths have taken over the Stade de France as hosts France take on Portugal in the final of Euro 2016.

Reports suggest lights were left on at the stadium overnight, leading to an unprecedented number of insects greeting supporters and players in Saint-Denis.

Officials have attempted to clear the creatures using brooms and hoovers ahead of kick-off, with the hope the showpiece match will not be affected.
