Barcelona's La Liga victory tour continues on Sunday with a trip to Valencia as they face Levante in the penultimate round of this year's championship.
The Catalans continue to impress, destroying Villarreal midweek to keep up their amazing unbeaten run.
And they will start as red-hot favourites against a Levante side who have now fulfilled their prime objective of staying in the top flight.

Squads & Team News
Position | Levante players |
---|---|
Goalkeepers | Oier, Villar, Koke Vegas |
Defenders | Chema, Coke, Postigo, Luna, Cabaco, Lopez |
Midfielders | Lerma, Bardhi, Morales, Campana, Lukic, Jason, Fahad |
Forwards | Roger, Boateng, Rochina |
Levante have enjoyed an excellent end to the season, winning five of the club's last six games to steer clear of relegation.
That run means coach Paco Lopez is unlikely to make big changes, with a choice between Jason or Roger up front perhaps the biggest doubt for the trainer.
Potential Levante starting XI: Oier, Coke, Chema, Postigo, Luna, Lerma, Campaña, Bardhi, Jason, Morales, Boateng.
Position | Barcelona players |
---|---|
Goalkeepers | Ter Stegen, Cillessen, Ortola |
Defenders | Semedo, Pique, Alba, Digne, Vidal, Mina, Umtiti, Vermaelen |
Midfielders | Rakitic, Busquets, D. Suarez, Iniesta, Coutinho, Paulinho, Gomes, Alena |
Forwards | L. Suarez, Messi, Dembele, Alcacer, Arnaiz |
Ernesto Valverde took the opportunity to rest several first-teamers against Villarreal, with the likes of Luis Suarez, Ivan Rakitic and Jordi Alba dropped to the bench.
The Catalans' second string was more than up to the task, but the coach is likely to welcome back some of his stars for the trip to Valencia.
One name virtually guaranteed to be on the starting roster is Lionel Messi, who is looking to beat out Mo Salah for the 2017-18 Golden Shoe.
Potential Barcelona starting XI: Cillessen, Semedo, Pique, Vermaelen, Jordi Alba, Rakitic, Busquets, Coutinho, Dembele, Messi, Suarez.
Betting & Match Odds

Just two games now stand between Barcelona and perfection.
The Blaugrana have negotiated 36 La Liga fixtures in the current season without tasting defeat, and not even the clinching of the title has slowed down their march.
While Sergi Roberto's red card and a spirited Madrid fightback denied them Clasico victory, Barca returned to winning ways in emphatic fashion by destroying Villarreal 5-1 on Wednesday.
Now, avoiding defeat against Levante and taking at least a point from their final match, against Real Sociedad at Camp Nou, would see the side become the first side ever to go through an entire Liga season unbeaten.
Not that Levante will make it easy for their opponents, of course.
The Valencia side had been tipped for relegation after a disastrous start to the season, but a brilliant final stretch sees them safe with time to spare.
Will that be enough to keep out the likes of Messi and Suarez? It is too early to say, but a tough 90 minutes should be in store for the champions in this latest leg of their victory tour.
