Kakamega Homeboyz coach Paul Nkata believes his team has what it takes to get maximum points from Kariobangi Sharks.

The Western-based side fell 6-1 against Nakumatt in their last Kenyan Premier League outing. The former Tusker and Bandari FC tactician is still healing from the team's defeat against the shoppers but he is adamant there will be response.

“Sharks are on a good form, they have been doing well and they will want to get maximum points. Well, we are still embarrassed with the defeat against Nakumatt but this is the right time for us to show that it was a one-time thing.

“We definitely will try to take our chances and ensure we avoid making mistakes that can cost us,” Nkata told Goal.

Kakamega Homeboyz is placed ninth on the log with twenty-five points.
